once upon a time in the w.bloggar editor

im testing out this software i came upon a few days ago. it's called w.bloggar.

The w.bloggar is an application that acts as an interface between the user and one or more blog(s); in other words, it is a Post and Template editor, with several features and resources that the browser based blog editors do not offer.

what's so nice about this software is that it supports most, if not all, the popular platforms used by bloggers today!

It's a good thing i came accross w.bloggar since most of my tasks now involve blog posting, and it's a huge hassle to have to load the edit page over and over again. w.bloggar would definitely allow me to speed things up a bit. oh my! I forgot to mention, it's absolutely free! so grab you copy now! now i just have to learn where and what the buttons do...

BTW, if you have got IRS Problems and haven't got a clue what to do.. Darrin Mish, Tampa Tax Attorney, could help you find a solution to your problem.

Link Exchange

Link Exchanging is the process of exchanging text links or banner links between websites. Webmasters exchange links to improve traffic through numerous inbound links so users on other websites can click through. Exchanging links is normally a free process. Thus making link exchanges cost effective. Another benefit of using a link exchange service is that it helps improve placement in the search engines.

How then to get link exchanges? Webmasters manually trade links with related sites. webmaster send emails to other webmasters asking them to trade links; then they wait for their response. It's a slow and tedious process.

Don't have the time to do link exchanges yourself? Why not hire a webmaster that will do the link exchanges for you? Agents of Value may be able to help you! ...... continue reading

so this is the second part of my desktop screenshot. the first one was a shot of my desktop at home. this one is at the office.. same old bckground but with more icons (actually this is cleaner than usual).. also more of open source software, as well as freeware. the others are licensed to my client.. i already tagged 5 people on my other post so might as well just stick with those.. LOL!

office desktop

The Meme Rules:

My Desktop Free View Instruction:

A. Upon receiving this tag, immediately perform a screen capture of your desktop. It is best that no icons be deleted before the screen capture so as to add to the element of fun. You can do a screen capture by:

[1] Going to your desktop and pressing the Print Scrn key (located on the right side of the F12 key).

[2] Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and do a Paste (CTRL + V).

[3] If you wish, you can “edit” the image, before saving it.

B. Post the picture in your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop just below it if you want. You can explain why you preferred such look or why is it full of Icons, things like that.

C. Tag five of your friends and ask them to give you a Free View of their desktop as well.

D. Add your name to this list of Free Viewers with a link pointing directly to your Desktop Free View post to promote it to succeeding participants.

SEO Mistakes You Should Avoid For Your Real Estate Website

By Shareen Aguilar

Handling a real estate business online isn’t all about clicking and browsing. There’s more to the business and it’s not even appropriate for any real estate agent to skip a day without checking the status or conditions of his/her real estate website. The fact is, search engines never stop crawling through websites and if you update or take care of your real estate business and website regularly, there’s a good chance your site gets acknowledged for the hard work done.

However, there are more rules that a real estate agent (or any online marketer) should follow or else, there could be a great risk of getting your real estate website de-indexed. Although most SEO experts teach you and even share with you the coolest and easiest way of getting your website ranked, there are more unspoken warnings about what someone like you shouldn’t do when dealing with this type of business. Also, you have to be aware that search engines don’t like websites that are flawlessly designed only to increase page rankings.

Do realize as well that search engines don’t like stolen contents from another website. This is a grave offense especially if you’re still starting with your real estate business. Someone might report you and it could lead to bigger copyright problems later on. Remember how your mother reacts when you speak of profanity inside the house? Search engines don’t like it either if you put in unfriendly or even slang words, so carefully check all words before posting it in your website.

Also, you think that having more keywords on your website is a good thing? It certainly is not. Be sure that you keep all your keywords under control and that means, it should only comprise 5% of the entire content you have in your website. If not, you’re on your way to keyword spamming.

There are more important things that most online entrepreneurs tend to overlook. In times like these, be sure you have the latest information from reliable sources about SEO.

Discovery Channel's The Other Side of Outsourcing

This documentary has been around for a while (around 2005) and is set in India. I think the Philippines was only starting to boom in the outsourcing industry during that time.. Anyhow, i wonder how the Philippines fairs up with the Indians in providing outsourcing services today. Maybe Discovery could do another documentary..
